Since The Smile released two albums this year and I knew what it would be, and all top 5 songs are from the same album Linkin Park would have been a lot higher if the comeback happened earlier in the year
Keeping in mind that I tend to listen to music as albums front-to-back, not replaying single songs I listen mostly to physical copies TEM was easy number one with 86 plays. I have no idea about how the hell did AO get up so high, I guess maybe in January?
All artists that I either saw live or released new music this year. I was getting really into LP even before the comeback, coincidentally. Usually my lastfm year-end report reflects my whole year a little better, since I listen to a lot of stuff in lesser quantities than I do with my favorite artists. But this is good representation of my consistent favorites!
I’m with Apple Music so the stats may read a little different. My top song is one I play on my kids speakers for white noise. I think Linkin Park made a significant come back in my listening this year.
I do most of my music listening with my physical media and local files, so this isn’t really indicative of my actual listening habits, but 2 of the 5 artists just being the soundtrack to Challengers checks out.
He is the LPA God after all. All hail! @Wasabi GOD at the end of the year we should share our lastfm year reports as well here!
I’m honestly a little surprised Enter Shikari broke through this year when they were the only ones on that list without an album drop in 2024. Though, I did really like “Losing My Grip”. Probably way more than I should.
Shame, that the podcasts I've listened to don't show up in wrapped this year or I'm just to stupid to find that.
