I think I listened to your radio show the other night. I love your accent. You probably don't even notice it, but I'm used to the New England thing (paahk the cah in Havaad yahd) so it was very different for me.

Also, for the record, there is no parking in Harvard Yard. They don't even let cars in there.

I was just in Boston visiting the clan (my grandfather passed away) and all my uncles had to rib me about my accent. I hung on to my Boston accent until I started competitive speech, then my coaches trained it right out of me. Now I'm Midwestern to the core. Sad.

In moments of anger I've been known to slip and forget that the letter "R" exists, but that's rare.
