    Yes it is.

Fungus Amongus was released independently. Enjoy Incubus was an EP. I was talking about full-length major record label debuts.

I thought it was just debut period.

It's just debut period. But if you want to go the major label debut, that's fine. I don't think it's fair, 'cuz the band has time to get used to their sound and mold it. Whereas just their debut is them starting out, and turning out great means the band doesn't really need practice.

Don't know if that made sense.

    Saosin-Self-Titled
    Trivium-Ember to Inferno

That's all I can think of.

And yes, I know Saosin's self-titled album isn't their first one.

So in that case, that'd make Fungus Amungus Incubus' debut.

nine inch nails- pretty hate machine.

not half as good as downward spiral or broken, but pretty hate machine was just the start of reznor's stranglehold on people with his emotions.

As much as I dislike the whole nu-metal thing, that WAS a very good album.

I'm going to have to agree with Will and Ant, 30 Seconds To Mars' debut was phenomenal.

Alexisonfire's eponymous debut was superb, too.

City and Colour's 'Sometimes' is amazing. But Dallas hasn't put out anything since then.

Muse's "Showbiz" is a real rocker, too.
