http://www.mtv.com/music/unplugged/...usic/unplugged/detail.jhtml?contentId=1552934 It's pretty awesome. They really changed all the songs to fit the "unplugged" element and Jon's voice sounds really good.
Yeah i watched that last night. It was much better than i thought it would be. The only song i didnt really care for was Blind.
Skimmed through it. It sounds better than what I expected. It's amazing that 10 years ago, we didn't have the slightest damn idea that Korn would be doing this.
I think it was excellent. It was the first time I'd heard that Freak On A Leash performance, and I really really liked it. I remember lots of people hating on it, what was the deal?
The whole advertised "full performance" thing on MTV.com is actually a load of bull, Korn played 14 songs at that show and there's only 9 available on the website. Songs that aren't available on MTV: Thoughtless, Love Song, Dirty, No One's There, and Hollow Life. Regardless, it's a very unique performance with all the instruments they used, and that collaboration with The Cure was fantastic. Hopefully all 14 tracks will be on the CD/DVD.
Listening to Creep, I never had any idea that Jon would willingly censor himself to please the morons at MTV.
I saw that daddy got cut from the cd and Thoughtless and no one's there are gonna be b-sides, so it's down to 11 tracks
I can't say I'm very impressed by the cover of Radiohead's "Creep". It seems they sucked the life out of the song. Perhaps I'm spoiled by the performances of Marty Casey and Lukas Rossi over the last two years on "Rock Star...". Just check out Lukas' performance, it gives me goosebumps every time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lz3lRRdgOFg
