    If Brad's solo in "In Pieces" is "face-melting" then some solos in other songs can destroy worlds.

    I think you will love the cd man...it has everything i could ever want in a cd...i love it...i heard it all the way through and it is a great cd...much more of a cd that is looking at the world around us rather than a cd about ones self problems. I love the chester based songs...if you know what i'm saying...like Valentines Day or Leave out all the rest or even Shadow of the day. Some great melodic songs with alot of passion. Valentines Day gives me goose bumps ever single time i hear it! Ssome hard rockin songs here as well so dont worry. I'm gonna buy the cd/dvd so i can check out the recording session and the art book thing. Will the cd/dvd pack have any extra songs..like B-sides?

    That's not that a very good solo and that guys full of himself. He also has a very deep voice.

    at least the reviews are positive, i am tired of hearing about other reviews that only dumb down the excitement.

    and judging from what i've heard....brad's guitar solos are nothing compared to steve vai's or john pertruccis

    They don't need to be. Fans liked LP without any guitar solos. I think they fit the songs well. It's a melodic album and a ripping two minute solo would just be out of place. They are tastefully done. Plus he's certainly not the best guitarist ever, I don't see any reason to expect the best solo ever.

    in the netherlands they can revieuw it allready
    I just bought minutes to midnight finnaly
    now I can listen to good qulity of the album
