I didn't even know it was out for windows. where'd you get it? some guy on digg said you get it when you download iTunes. and on the safari page on apple.com, it says it loads pages faster than any other browser. do you find that to be true?

You can get it from apples site, watch the demo video, and you will see a download link. I think that it's pretty fast in general, not much faster than firefox though. The only thing is, it takes awhile to start up, but it looks awesome. It looks exactly like the itunes layout, and the text rendering is very nice. The only things I dont like are, that if you close the browser, then the downloads window closes too, and there is no resume option. Also, theres no home button. But I still like it alot. Its definately worth a try.

A really good feature of it though is that, if you click back, it updates the page you were at. So When I post this, and lcik back, it will already show that I posted, without refreshing. Also, its faster when using tabbed browsing. But then Firefox has awesome plugins.

Its probably just as crappy on Windows as it is on OSX.

    Firefox FTW!

Firefox is better. I just switched back, and it loads everything faster.

From what I've heard its a buggy POS on Windows, and takes its fair share of resources at the same time. I'd recommend getting a safari theme for firefox

yeah some of the add-ons for firefox are purdy bitchin [foxytunes, download statusbar, download embedded (it gives you source locations of every piece of embedded content on a page, so you can download embedded mp3s, movs, and swfs)].
