Looks Sad ... but i like it ... i like Sadness coz its the only way that push you to be more creative.
Now, I won't judge the theme because I don't know you, I don't know what inspirated you. It needs time to look deeper into artwork, like it needs time to get to know a person. But from the technical point...the dynamics is missing. It needs more smoothness, finer, or at least more skillful shading. The drawing needs aliveness-well it depends of the context speaking generally, but here I notice your desire for aliveness and perfection, which is a good basis. There is also a hidden bad tension in your strokes that you need to get rid of. Also get rid of wrong, needless strokes that usually come at the end, when you have that feeling it needs some more... Well...I could talk about it to the details on and on, but... I just hope you got me the right way
Yeah, I know. That's why I'm surprised people like it. It's also why I'd like to stick to colored drawings instead of graphite, colored drawings always seem to come out more finished looking/better shaded. If I know what you mean by bad tension and those extra strokes, I'm thinking it's because I have extremely shaky hands and it's hard for me to even draw a straight line.
