I wanted to know this from an official, but I've already waited one business day. So here is my question: If the Site says the code is invalid, could it also mean the download is up?

What show are you trying to download? The most recent one that's available is Darien Lake. Bristow has also been "uploaded," but wasn't working for anybody yet the last time I checked.
You had to have been at the show and bought a card with a code on to use on the linkinpark site in order to download the music from the show you were at. The only other way would be to find them on a linkin park fansite. This fansite gets watched significantly more than others though so you wont find anything here. All the shows are out there if you care to look.
