Tell me, what is Twilight?

 

I SO DID. IN FACT, I DID SO HARD, THAT JASPER TOTALLY HAD TO COME IN AND SOOTHE MY FRAZZLED NERVES.

Dollar: Twilight is a series of books (the fourth one coming out in August), about vampires. Though it may sound cliched, it's actually very interesting. Bella, the main character, arrives in Forks (a little town) to stay with her father, after her mother remarries. There, she meets Edward, a shockingly beautiful boy in her new school, who just so happens to be a vampire. He stays with his "siblings" and "parents", other vampires like him. Vampires like him, you say? Vamps with golden eyes, ones that don't drink human blood. The ones with red eyes do. They are the baddies. Good, bad, good, bad. Bella is "la tua cantante" for Edward, her blood "sings" for him, which makes her especially hard to resist, and she's one of those stubborn heroines, always getting herself into trouble, with Edward, naturally, racing to the rescue. These vamps are very different to the vamps of other books, movies, etc. There are three novels out right now (Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse). Actually, there are werewolves, too! YAY! However, there are no witches. *pouts*

 

A rather excellent book series, soon to be movie. Read it.

First day back to ballet after a month of no excercise kicked my ass yesterday. Two and a half straight hours of class. The instructor did not take it easy, even though it was the first class back. Phew.

I hurt today.


And by the way, Twilight series for-the-effing-win.

 

maybe i should read one of these twilight books. this girl used to keep saying the first one reminded her of our relationship. i have a feeling i won't like it though. the comparison i mean, ahaha.

 

I can't believe I start my long journey to Kenya in like, 3 hours. It's so fucking weird; it always seemed so far away...
