This album has too much filler in my opinion. Disappointing. I'd still probably go and see them live though.
can't stop listening to "structure", "obsession" and "what we will never know". couldn't mind the rest so much so far because i fell in love with those three
Pretty good CD. I heard of the band through Madden 09 and Don't Stop, plus this thread, so I decided the downlaod the album. Glad I did.
just got my Die Tonight, Live Forever vinyl today and on side-B there is a track called 'Reverof Evil, Thginot Eid' (basically its the single track backwards) but seen as though it a vinyl player i have no way of playing it is there any way to find it on the net i wonder? and its not too long untill i seem them now.. i cant wait until the 10th!
IPS are coming to Australia in February -- I didn't feel like starting a new thread, and, since this thread went from being about the tracklist to which songs are the best ones, I felt it was okay to say that. The source: a private message on MySpace. Give me a shout if you actually want to read it.
Why the hell are they releasing This Empty love as a single. It's my least favorite song on the album, the video is quite lame tbh, I'm hoping it's just a promo video for the album, like the New Poetry video.. They cannot release it.
I love it. As I said before, it really reminds me of the movie The Number 23. Hey can anyone find out if the itunes bonus track 'Night Is Alive' is the original ep version or a new recorded version?
A new version would be ace, its one of their best tracks IMO and yeh 'This Empty Love' is a great song and i really like the video. its extremely simple but i like it for that reason.. it fits the track perfectly i think
The EP version? Well, that's still good, I guess ... My favourite songs off the album: "Last Night In Brooklyn" and "This Town, Your Grave". And the instrumental track at the end is called "Soundscape", not "Home". I still prefer the demo version of "Heart Of Fire".
Actually it's called Home. When I loaded it on to itunes it says track 12 is called Home. In fact there is no difference between the US and UK versions as previously thought. I'm seeing them live tonight.
lucky thing - i have to wait till Friday im part of their 'Traffic' team. and they are sending me lods of promotional stuff (flyers and stickers and stuff like that) and all i have to do is get peoples info and sign them up on the IPS mailing list.. plus i get two free tickets!
