Linkin Park has added 2 Germany dates to their ever-growing list of summer European shows: July 30th - Canstatter Wasen, Stuttgart, Germany August 2nd - Ferropolis, Gräfenhainichen, Germany Source: www.linkinpark.com
Nope, nothing on the radar outside of Europe and Japan so far. But that's pretty much in line with what they've been saying since they started working on the new album, that if they played any shows at all this summer, they'd probably be festivals. They've added a few non-festival dates in between, probably to fill out their schedule so they don't have to go 5-6 days between shows. I think the Switzerland show is also a sort of unofficial makeup date for the show that was cancelled there last year.
...They ARE in the studio right now, they have been in the studio since December, and will remain in the studio until right before this tour starts, which isn't for another 4+ months. I don't understand what you guys are on about at all.
Benningtonu have to be torn between Linkin Park and his solo project. New album of Linkin Park, on its FORECASTS, will be released in spring 2010, but his solo - in autumn 2009. . And the situation now resembles the one that was before the release of «Minutes To Midnight»: the guys played a series of concerts in Japan in August 2006 and again returned to the studio, releasing the album in spring 2007 Source: LPRussia.com i totally agree with them on that.
