    Choke by Chuck Palahniuk.

One of the funnier books I've read recently.

    Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs

    by Chuck Klosterman.
    (borrowing from girlfriend)

"Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs: A Low Culture Manifesto is a collection of eighteen comedic essays on popular culture written by Chuck Klosterman, a writer for Esquire and Spin magazine."

I'm only on the first chapter and I love it, he is dead on with his dissecting of pop culture and whatnot. Plus, he has already made fun of John Cusak and Journey's Don't stop Believin.
