That reminds me, here's a download link for the vid I did for OSC: http://www.mediafire.com/?gmtyjyythz1
Not my final video (obviously), more just an audition. You guize want me 2 be in ur band? lolz
Just a note, I realized now that I had the tuning off by a half step. When I record the better version this will be fixed .
If any help is needed I can do vocals, i'll include some examples haha. I'm not chester or anything but hey Blackbirds: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rGkk3O5-aJA Across the Line: (Breakdown is pretty fun..haha) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PuVrGZKOFA
ZOMFG! DEREK WILL GET YOU BACK! LOL jokes. When I do video editing, I need the videos and the HD song.
As far as I'm aware, the guitar does it first then the bass doubles it. That's at least how it sounds to me .
Haha, I have the same problem that Derek has during the breakdown, I don't know how it ends and which notes I gotta have
Just follow astat's tabs under MTM in the Music section. He's transcribed every note, and Linkin Park actually sometimes uses TWO guitars so you might have to do two videos, or we might have to have you do one part while someone does another. I'll also see if I can get in touch with astat to see if we can update some of the tabs, as they are old versions that he made when he still worked here.
Given Up doesn't really need two guitars, but songs like Somewhere I Belong and What I've Done need two.
Better cover . P.S. Future Ozzy's son comments WILL result in instant death .
Astat has LP guitar parts down to a science. As far as breaking down studio tracks to different channels. Given Up doesn't need 2 guitars, but that's what LP does is what he's getting at. And as far as tabs are concerned, his most up-to-date tabs are linked in his youtube videos to his 4shared account.
