no, shouldn't that mean the album should be out before that? the tour should be kicking off after its release right?

Not necessarily. Most bands have a teaser tour of sorts before an album release. To increase the anticipation and get the word out.

    Oh no!

How fucked up is this? I wanted to go to Hamburg (I live in the netherlands and I only may go to a LP concert in Hamburg because we have family there.. and the northern part in the netherlands has vacation in exactly that period but I live in the middle part and we have a week before it vacation..! I had the same bad luck with the 8 bit testings! :'(

I guess the album will be out around that time, and the concert may feature one or two new singles.
I expect mike to say : "here's a new song.."

Highly doubt it, as said a couple of posts up this could be a quick tour before the albums release to build the anticipation and spread the word.
I can see Linkin Park trying that.

Well, even if it's a hype tour, we should get the album by December.

At this point, I'm feelin an early 2011, or spring 2011 album release.

I think this is a strong indicator that we'll be getting the new album this year. I'm thinking around December time though.

How ironic and kinda frustrating that i am german, and i live since my whole life in italy! Specially considering they go there so often, they must love german fans, and fans LP. Stuttgart, i was there multiple times, but i can't really handle it to go there right now... oh well, i'll wait a more comfortable tour date. LP4Ever!
And about the album release... well, not sure what my bet is. It will come out when it has to, but i say december 21, so we can celebrate happily the eventual end of the world 2 years later with a little anniversary. After 2 years that album will have sold over 3 billion copies, so half of the world will be listening to it before Christmas, and the sound will explode the Earth in two pieces, 'causing the Apocalypse we're waiting for due to "overwhelming nature-burning riffs and loudness in the air, 'causing God to shut down the world to have his good sleep on sunday 23".
Hope ya'll take it as a joke and not as offense, as i am not religious anyway :p
