With what the statuses say on myspace and facebook and the website, it seems like "Please set me free. Conversation is the key." could be a lyric maybe he would scream....or just something Mike thought up to do tweets with idk

 

Sounds like it's just a riddle that rhymes. Conversation most likely means using social networking to promote the album. We're doing this to set the album free, metaphorically out of the hands of secrecy and into the eyes of the public.

Also, it looks like it's not even halfway done yet....This may take longer than I thought.

 

I tweeted a few times and the last time I did there was an audio clip with chesters scream and then some cool atmospheric synth with all kind of effects and shit...sounds awesome!!! need to check if every time you tweet you can here more and more

 

Mike Shinoda or whoever came up with that idea is a freaking genius. Tweet, guys!!!

Because I've yet to hear this scream that all you guys are talking about.

EDIT: I just tweeted again and I'm still only hearing a synth that starts loud, gets quiet, then builds and then stops.

 

Most likely Mike did...he seems to be the only one promoting this lol...god i cant wait...the wait for The Catalyst AND the album itself is killing me!!! lol

That's not a scream at all. It's just a synth. I'm 99% sure of it.

EDIT: After listening to it again, I'm 100% sure of it.

I'm 99.9% sure that RIGHT when you click it, Chester screams for a few secs. THEN it's just a synth. And WTF is with the monkey in the bottom left. It links to a weird website.

 

well im so used to hearing a Chester scream in a song...call me crazy but as i listen to it over and over again, the sound actually sounds like the end of Pts.OF.Athrty..

Sorry for the double post, but as somebody who has lived with someone who does nothing but make electronic music, I can guarantee you that it is not a scream, unless it is being incredibly modified with vocal "enhancements."

I know most of you won't trust me on this one. To each his own I guess.
