    According to LinkinPark.com, "A Thousand Suns" track "Wretches & Kings" will be sent out tomorrow to anyone who has pre-ordered A Thousand Suns from the website.

    If you pre-ordered A Thousand Suns from linkinpark.com, we are sending you a new song some time on Thursday (9/2). Check your emails to receive a high quality MP3 of "Wretches & Kings." If you haven't pre-ordered the album from us, you can do so here to get the song too. Check it out and let us know what you think.

    And they just haaaad to pick the song that I've been anticipating the most since the track titles were released >_>

    EDIT: yes I am fully aware that it will leak somewhere... that place being quite obvious.

    We won't be posting the song since it's copyrighted material. But if you look in the right places, somebody will upload it on certain services within minutes of the email being sent.

    Here in Holland it's tuesday! Hlaf an hour before going to work by car.. I want....NOW PLEASE :)


    Oow, btw... this is really great news and I'm really going out of my mind right now, but.... Why is this happening? I thought the best way to listen to the songs is as a whole and not in parts so why are they pre-releasing so much already? Ah well, this is going to freaking rock one way or another!!!

    My take:

    Not listening to the song means you want that experience on September 14th. But what I've told myself is that a month from now, will I really care about that moment? Probably not. Also, this album is supposed to be a journey. One more song can't ruin the entire experience. I'll quote the band "You can listen to the songs by themselves, yes. But if you get the chance you should listen to it from beginning to end." The last part will be my experience on the 14th.

    Also, W and K is definitely is it's own beast on the album. It's not like I'll spoil the whole album sound. AND, sometimes you gotta think in the present. And right now, I want Wretches and Kings Damn it :lol:

    Im guessing the reason they are releasing this song is cause it has more of a meteora hybrid theory sound. this song wont give away the new sound of the album. This will probably be one of the few songs that will sound like linkin park to most people
