Sony Vegas help anyone?

Well, I'm making a lyric video for Jornada Del Muerto
I'm not as good as the others, and it won't turn out like theres but I wanna know how to get that RGB Shadow Effect thingo. Lol, go here:

I use Vegas - I too would like to know how to do this.

Same here, if I find anything, I'll tell you,
I've gotten close, with the TV Sync thingo, but it didn't turn out as good as I hoped it would.

Cuz I have tried typing in, how to get RGB shadow effect in Vegas. No help

 

well, i dont know if it reqly on Sony Vegas, but it can be done on Adobe after Effects, using a camera shack + wav drop effect + add a noise texture, but it may exist another easy way, but this is just an idea how to make it from my small experience in this software.
