which DEMO OF ATS SONGS WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE INCLUDED IN THE LPUX???

I would love to have some older demos from the HT/M sessions. We have a lot of MTM demos now (or demos from around that era), and ATS demos would be weird because they wouldn't really be a part of the journey LP intended the album to be. So that would just seem odd to me.

However, I know for a fact there's songs we haven't heard from their first two albums. Making of Meteora anybody? I've always wanted to hear that song Chester is singing and then cuts out and starts shouting the "Gah...GAAAHH!" like he messed up or something.

 

Wait what? I knew they were demos, but ALL TEN are unreleased bsides? Rather than demos of old songs?

Hot damn. Nick is right, we're basically getting another whole album! I really hope they don't pull a "Stick n Move" and have a lame 50 second instrumental. I hope for 10 full length songs!

The LPU is as official as it gets. So we're not exactly hoping, we're acknowledging in excitement

 

I know but it's always best to have low expectations in life. That way, when they release 10 1-minute "full" songs no one feels all betrayed lol. (I obviously don't believe that will be the case but like I said, better safe than sorry).

 

XD I love how half the people in this thread completely ignored the fact that it's 10 b-sides the first 5 times it was said.

 

I think they will be full length demos.

I thought Adam said that only some of the songs were ones he think we don't even know existed, not all of them? Or did I miss another meeting?

 

That might just mean that some of them are b-sides we've seen in DVDs, like that Meteora song or Grecian or something like that.

Just to clarify things here. I'm 95% sure that "Pretend to Be" will be one of the 10 tracks, so that'll leave 9 other tracks left we know nothing about.

Even "She couldn't" could be on there for all we know. but juding by all the legal restrictions behind it I doubt it will.

 

Well I appreciate you clarifying what your opinion is. I don't think Pretend To Be will be one of them though. You get it free when you buy LPUX anyway.

Unheard b-sides is pretty sweet. But if they threw in a demo or two, how about a 20 minute epic demo of.......................................Empty Spaces

 

They just need to make sure to get as many Jiminy Cricket quotes AS POSSIBLE on the track to make it sound amazing!
