I would go on this diet but I dislike Twinkies and Oreos, AND I only weigh 140lbs. But a Doritoes marathon doesn't sound too bad.
They taste like Disgusting topped with more Disgusting. But if you'd like a more specific description they taste like a sponge or an angel cake with a fluffy cream inside. Not my kind of thing.
I eat pretty terribly like this to try and gain weight and pack on muscle. Maybe this is why I never weigh more than 155.
I too hate Twinkies & Oreo's (and most sweets, well not hate, but really really don't care for, more of a salt guy) however its a neat story for sure.
This is how I've been losing weight recently too (not specifically eating those foods though XD). Low calories, water, and some exercise, and you're really good to go.
You are going very well this is just because of the commitment. Self commitment is a big tool to achieve any thing which you desire.
Only one person did it, which isn't statistically significant. And the guy himself admitted he didn't know what's going on. It's just the press exaggerating things again.
lol kind of agree with kathtxx, I was gonna he probably lost alot of muscle weight but it said he dropped like 5% of his fat. Crazy. I on the other hand have the metabolism of a squirrel on crack. I was once on an all fast food diet yet when I measured my fat levels. . . too low for the machine to even read! hahaha I love my body
