i ordered my tickets for the san diego show more than a month ago and they have not arrived. when should i expect to receive them? Have you got your tickets yet?
Give it another two-three weeks at best. My tickets for MSG don't get shipped till the 14th, being that San Diego is towards the end of the tour I'd wouldn't worry just yet. Double check your receipt that was sent to you, there should be a ship date on it. --RS
This is a rather big problem that seems to be happening to a LOT of people. Check your shipping date. If it is 12/15 i suggest you go to topspin and try and see what happened to your tickets. I know someone who got someone ELSE's ticket., so i don't really trust that they're doing a real good job here.
Topspin have been messing up orders since around the time of the pre-orders. LP desperately needs to use a new company.
My receipt states my tix will be shipped in the next 72 hours (around 1-14-11, like it originally stated). --RS
Not yet, ship date says 1/14/11, and my show is Staples Center, Los Angeles 2/23, so not worried yet.
Anybody having issues please e-mail me @ [email protected] I will give you their direct line. Topspin WILL NOT give out their phone number. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau before they would even remotely give me an answer through e-mail. Of course they called me directly after the BBB called them. They shipped mine out on the 15th of Dec. and I still haven't received them and I am attending the Chicago show. I encourage anyone who's having issues to contact the BBB and the number I will e-mail you. This company has to be the worst one I have ever dealt with.
See this is why it's always easier to ride out to the venue and buy your tickets there . I never preorder anything for this reason
