Chester didn't have a lot of expressions during WTCFM. But those performances were great, I love that now everybody's doing different things during the songs and how we not only see Chester and Mike like in the past but the whole band a lot more. I was only hearing ketchup though, I noticed Mike smiled a lot during that part, I'm still not sure if he's over the joke or not yet...

Damn. Those performances were ace. Mike's part in WTCFM when he says "I'm awfully underrated, permit me to correct it" sounded awesome.

Not to mention Chester fucking nailed the end of WTCFM with those high chants.

    Definitely awesome.

    Mike's WTCFM accent WINS.

Oh, and I thought I'd never hear Jon Lovitz say "LINKIN PARK!"

Not sure if Brad and Chester were drumming together in Philly or Boston, but I noticed they did last night at MSG.

This. People have no self respect. If you don't like his music, fine. But all the bashing is just so childish and silly. You're probably not his target audience anyways.

Linkin Park nailed it and blew me away. They were fantastic. Brad has become more than a statue on stage. He actually demands your attention.

Waiting For The End SNL performance: absolutely amazing. That was one of the best Linkin Park performances to date.

Time to dig up When They Come For Me.. :D

    *Edit

Holy fack, just finished watching both performances. They are perfectionists indeed. That was phenomenal.

I want to know whose idea it was for them to start wearing sunglasses indoors, during winter.

This SNL show was really amazing.
But man why they have to use a sample in WTCFM at Hey Hey Hey...
And Brad did a mistake when he say Hey Hey to the mic earlier but the mic was turned off.

The visuals during WFTE were awesome. Song was ok compared to normal. WTCFM was nailed. In the butt. Vigorously. Wish Chester would have done "ah" instead of "oh", though.

This could mean that WTCFM is the next US single and BITS the Europe single, as we have already heard.

Really dug these performances, especially When They Come For Me. Chester looked so focused as opposed to Mike who looked like he was just having a blast. It was an interesting performance. And the lighting effects used during Waiting For The End were awesome. I take back all those stupid jokes I made about them wearing glasses. I'm actually surprised that they played When They Come For Me, and thinking about it, it kind of makes sense. I don't know if the band is planning for it to be a single, but considering it's probably one of the more diverse songs instrumentally on A Thousand Suns, it would be a great way to show people who thought of LP as a one-trick pony to perhaps give the band's music another listen. Or maybe I'm just tired and over-thinking it.

Btw, I'm glad Mike's repetition of "ketchup" (catch up) didn't sound as cheesy as some people made it out to be. :p

So glad I was able to watch it! All of it, even seeing Mike with that furry hat at the end, lol! Hope he gave it back to Bieber! It was the best!
