Mike Shinoda to Score the Movie "The Raid"

Mike has just announced on his blog that he will be involved with scoring a film titled "The Raid." He has also posted a trailer along with pictures in his post. Regarding the movie, it was debuted at the Toronto Film Festival this week but no other release plans have been made yet. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Mike will be re scoring the film before the movie gets released in more places.

This is jizz-worthy. Mike is dope, and I love balls-out action films.

 

It looks like it could be a pretty good movie even if Mike wasn't involved, but not only will the visuals be amazing, the music will kick ass!

I wonder the same... I think to recognize Mike's beat style in this, kinda like it was for the Awards (Catharsis, etc.) but it is a dream come true to hear an instrumental score by Mike. I wish him the best of luck to get prized for this or in the future... Many are already saying "Trent watch out" or "He is not Trent", however it is, they are both geniouses and truth is Mike is younger than Trent also (even if age doesn't mean anything in the end). I wonder what would come out from a collaboration!
