Zerokun, I think you missed some things, here. This thread is about albums, not the band. If anyone didn't like LP, they wouldn't be here. They wouldn't be an admin and they wouldn't post as much. I have to admit that some of us fans had high expectations for Linkin Park, and Meteora just did not convince some of us that it's better than some other albums that came out this year. Just because we don't choose an album from LP doesn't make us any less of a fan. We're not like the teenies from the LPMB; we don't kiss ass. We respect music and we don't kiss up to the band on everything they do because they're not perfect. Meteora was a good album, yeah, but even me, myself, wouldn't choose it as a good album of it's time. Does that make me any less of a fan?

And for the record, being an admin doesn't make it manditory you are into the thing you are morderating. I don't know how to explain it so everyone can get the hint, but let me put it to those who think your way...

Just because someone doesn't mention a band, doesn't make them any less of a fan. What is a fan anways? A fan of their music or their looks? What makes a fan? What makes a loyal fan? A loyal fan would point out mistakes the band has made. It's not like anyone's rubbed the mistakes to make the wounds bigger, so why try to use a giant bandaid to cover up a little cut? That was a metaphore, by the way. So for an example, I don't think Meteora was the greatest album of this year--what am I? A fan who just betrayed the LP community? I don't think so, because I love their older work better. I don't think we should be judging eachother by the way were rate bands. We don't own the bands, but we own our own opinions. I honestly believe if you dislike Will's types of comments, then I suggest you take your 'beef' to the LPMB where you can find a fight and duke it out without bothering the members.

By the way, directing Will the comment of him not having Linkin Park in his list, what about twicethetrouble and LPForgottenHybrid? Are you saying they should go to a POD-A site, as well?

I'd choose my words more carefully next time. I know this sounded harsh but I'm in no mood to have to bother with this kind of crap. Comments like what you said, Zerokun, is what gets threads closed so just keep them to yourself.
