    We really need an official statement that confirms that we are looking at the right numbers..
    Because if we are working on something completely wrong here.. :WTF:

    It would have to be a 9 or 10 character word/phrase then. TRANSFORMERS is too long (12), and even then TRANSFORM doesn't work (I tried it).

    BUMBLEBEE is the only one off the top of my head that could work, but with so few possible letters I'm skeptical.

    The key for the cipher, not the key for the terminal.

    Hi guys, I'm from the italian team working on the code...registered here a few moments ago to post our idea, hope it'll be useful ^^
    My idea has been to subtract the 4-digit sequence from the respective 5-digit sequence...I obtained a curious code...
    Code:
    01. <!--53282 3265-->		50017
    02. <!--41602 1589-->		40013
    03. <!--31157 1132-->		30025
    04. <!--00000 0000-->
    05. <!---->
    06. <!--61752 1732-->		60020
    07. <!--53168 3156-->		50012
    08. <!---->
    09. <!--44682 4658-->		40024
    10. <!--39376 9365-->		30011
    11. <!---->
    12. <!--00000 0000-->
    13. <!---->
    14. <!---->
    15. <!--00000 0000-->
    16. <!---->
    These really similar numbers...50017, 40013, 30025, 60020, 50012, 40024, 30011...look to be connected, on a character map, to some kind of korean/japanese/chinese letters...I'm gonna post a more complete post as soon as I find a way to show you...

    BTW, they MUST be the right numbers to look at...they're comments in the code, can't be random numbers...

    You know what I'm thinking? The first column of numbers going down is 543. The tweet was about 5. 4. maybe they wanted us to focus on that first column going down? And my theory of the decreasing numbers... what could it all mean?

    Nice, we had someone subtract the numbers earlier in the thread. Will be interesting to see if you can connect the remainders with anything. Glad you joined.

    Didn't realize we had an Italian team... lol.

    Anyway, I had been thinking of just flat subtracting the numbers, but never actually did it. Looks promising though, and what about adding them? That was a dead end, I assume?

    If you press right mouse button on image, opera shows it's name. For example: open(imageName.jpg). Some of quadrants are named 2Q== and some Z:
    image_name.jpg Q

    Are you talking about the rows? I'm reading it from top to bottom (columns) meaning the top two numbers going down are 5 and 4

    Adding, not tried yet...LOL not an official italian team, we're just the main fansite. However.
    As I tweeted before at LPA, I guess the 5. 4. thing meant to look at the 5. 4. digits sequences in the code...and to cipher'em. Looks clear to me, but that's my opinion, obvious.

    The matrix theory sounds legit to me, too...keep working on guys...
