Like many people here I was also reminded of an "old" Linkin Park but it's like a new version I don't if that made any sense LOL. If this says anything about their new album old + new, then I'm even more excited to hear what this new album will sound like!

I think its deliberate. There's just been too much talk about mixing old with new and hints (Phoenix old guitar in teaser vid) for it to not be and I don't see any evidence to suggest at all that it isn't deliberate so if it's not then I'll eat a piece of shoe! Edit: That said, I'm a pessimist so I'm having very bad vibes about all of this. Even the "Skin to Bone" thing. Hmm.

I doubt Chester is losing his vision again... yet. He's not at that age. Although his glasses are cool, I took his singing more seriously without them. I thought Mike looked younger when his hair covered that huge hairline. >.> The rest of them look cool, but I have no idea what's going on with Joe's Posh Spice hair.
My first thoughts, too, that they look like an old and new style mix They look kinda ... dark, and even if it is a mix with the old style it looks somehow futuristic
Definitely looks like a mix of old and new to me. I feel like its their old locations mixed with new looks. They feel kind of, darker, almost. I'm loving Chester with glasses again. Also, Phoenix looks kinda funny in the first pic
I've read somewhere he really was adopted. Something like: Dave was Catholic, but when he was 2 years old he was adopted by a Protestant family.
