If you could rename any LP song which one would you rename and what would you call it

Only songs we heard because it's hard to rename a song like ''Lies Greed Misery'' since we never heard it. I would rename Robot Boy to ''Weight of the World''

 

Figure.09 should be named "I've Become You" or "Lost In You" or something to that effect. I guess they kept it Figure.09 because they couldn't perfect the name just as I can't come up with the perfect name right now >.>

The Catalyst should be named "A Thousand Suns". Seriously..why didn't they name it this? Many bands have the lead single be the same name as the album title.

Faint could have been named "I Won't Be Ignored"



When They Come For Me should have been called "Try The Ketchup"

 

Well I love some working titles better than the final names. For example "Plaster"- OSC, or "Rhinestone"-Forgotten. But I would change Don't Stay into "Sometimes" or Numb into "Godthelyricsofthesongissucks".

 

Nah Faint is a good name because the song makes you rock so hard that you faint

 

I would definitely have kept 21 Stitches over Given Up. It sounds cooler, plus the story of the song would have went well with the title. In 2006, Chester was drunk+high and fell through his Dad's window trying to break in, because he lost the key to the house. He tells about it at the 2006 BOW show. Anyways, that's when he was heavy into drinking, and he has said that Given Up is about his drinking problem, so that would have totally fit well considering he actually got 21 stitches in his arm from the incident.

I like pretty much all titles for LP songs except for Don't Stay, I think 'Sick' is 1000 times better.

 

Robot Boy is like the #1 name I would NOT change. That name is perfect.

 

Look up what a catalyst is and see how it fits into the album.

how have you heard of the given up story? link perhaps?

actually I like the names as they are although I keep remembering some songs by the wrong names for examples when I tak about Valentine' Day I tend to talk of the song "Lose Direction"

"Valentine's Day" should be retitled "Really Sorry About This, the Next Album's Gonna Be a Lot Better."

4. Figure .09 - "By Myself, Part II"
5. QWERTY - "Lies, Lies and Even More Lies"

 

I've really grown to like "Meadowlands" over Waiting for the End. "Accident" and "21 Stitches" are pretty awesome replacements for BIO and Given Up as well.

Using an original name though, "Eclipse" would be SICK as hell for A Place for My Head thanks to the sun and moon verse.
