Linkin Park's Rock in Rio Performance to be Streamed Live on YouTube May 26th

Has anybody else noticed that Linkin Park isn't on the schedule that can be found on the Rock in Rio YouTube page anymore? The timeslot that Linkin Park was in originally is now being called "ROCK IN RIO RETROSPECTIVE."

Does anybody know why that is? Or have I just missed something?

This means only one thing: Warner screwed it up once again, and LP won't be part of the stream.

Iep, Warner Bros. did it again. I wonder if any of the upcoming festivals will be allowed to stream Linkin Park, especially Rock Am Ring, 'cuz Rock Am Ring is pretty damn good organized. Pinkpop also suppose to broadcast the festival but who knows what WB might think. That's why WB sucks, we missed in 2007 the Rock Am Ring livestream, and they keep doing that when new songs comes up.

 

Maybe the front page should be updated with the unfortunate news. I was really looking forward to this. Will the LP show be broadcast on TV? Any info on that?

 

Nope. The same rules applies to TV broadcasting as livestreams.

 

Same here. Shame it might actually not be broadcasted at all.
Unfortunately their Youtube page also says: "Live transmission on (insert date) will happen worldwide except for Germany."

You got to be kidding me man. I just hope they broadcast pinkpop performance on dutch TV's here. because they were the only band that didn't have their full show broadcasted in 2007...

Lol... Linkin(G) park is still there... but yeah... I don't think they will be on.

 

They've shown it the past couple times they've played there...this is very disappointing. LP's Portugal performances are some of their best.

Seems like it will not be broadcasted again. Just like the SWU in Brazil (2010), It was going to be broadcasted in a channel and then they changed it a few days before their performance.
