In case you're somehow not trolling (if you are, good job, I guess) - Shinoda did produce "Reanimation" - he's a very capable producer if nothing else. In particular, he took on "Pushing", "Crawling" and "By Myself", and contributed vocals, guitars and production to various other tracks on the album. And that's in addition to overseeing the entire project.

His production style, along with Linkin Park's musical style, has evolved substantially in the time since "Reanimation" so you can't exactly say he's not present on the album just because the beats on "Reanimation" don't match the beats he makes today.

I disagree... but I can't prove my theory, it's just my opinion based on closely following LP's and Mike's work over a decade.

Reanimation is decent, but highly overrated by the LP fan base. I prefer Linkin Park without guest acts to be honest.

I've never been the biggest fan of Reanimation, although P5hng, 1 sep Klosr, and Krwling are masterful compared to their Hybrid Theory counterparts. I just never liked the idea of so many guests on my Linkin Park. They may be good in their own right, but every time a guest rap verse came up in the album I found myself saying "Mike could do this part so much better." Especially looking back on it now with all the distinct rapping tones he's created since A Thousand Suns.

Reanimation was the greatest remix album of all time. And then some.

    And I'm only 15.

Thank you. When someone else says it, I feel like, as that person is smarter than me, I've got a valid point.

Reanimation holds some great memories for me. I remember the day it came out. Me and two of my other friends ran to Sam Goody (cd store in the US) I remember throwing it in and being like :dafuq: It soon became the cd that I listen to throughout the summer and the rest of the year constantly. Like any CD, it has its weak points and very strong points. Overrated? I disagree. It is fantastic!
