So, the games out. Post your thoughts! I personally think its amazing. Its like a whole new game to be honest, the story is epic. I'm nearing the end of sequence 5, where are you guys at? DON'T POST SPOILERS, IF YOU DO PUT THEM IN TAGS. Wouldn't want to ruin such a good story to people who haven't played it, especially with all these revelations happening at the end. We finally get answers. Don't post them though.
I beat it. Best new addition is the naval missions. They're incredible. I really like Connor and enjoyed playing as Haytham too.
7,5/10 Next, my own opinion. If you don't want thoughts on the ending, stop reading. Too much bugs, too much glitches and a pretty unsatisfying ending, although, when you do some more research, the ending becomes a bit... better? May not be the right word though so let's just use the word 'interesting'. But overall, the bugs and glitches force me to not give it an 8 or 9, it's a disaster knowing so much people worked on it for what, 2-3 years?
Damn, the bugs are that bad? In that case, I'm either waiting for a patch or a price drop. It's not worth it otherwise.
It's terrible. Some bugs really ruin the experience (soldiers randomly attacking, even if you're incognito), stuff disappearing etc. There should be a patch already that solves a lot of these problems but I already finished the game before that patch so yeah. Another thing that bothered me is that they removed the armor system. You have the max. amount of health from the beginning of the game. I for one liked the armor upgrade system from previous games. You felt like you were making progress throughout the game. I don't have that with this one. I do think it's safe to wait for a price drop, even though the game is still enjoyable, there are too many faults to justify a full retail price. Especially for a game this big, these faults shouldn't have been made. AC 2 and Brotherhood are still my favorites.
