Very cool offer, although it kind of has me concerned that tickets for these shows may not be selling very well...seems kind of "last-ditch effort-like" to offer this kind of deal this close to the shows taking place.
Between Groupon offering the Bensalem show for half off last week, and now this...I'm sadly inclined to agree. I think these tickets aren't selling nearly as well as the band had hoped.
I think the reasoning behind that is the EP hasn't dropped yet. Also, their music is not really fresh in the mind of the general population seeing as it was how many years since STP released a new album. Also, the STP fanbase is littered with the "Scott or Die" troglodytes that won't accept anything other than Scott, regardless of how talented the person that replaced him is.
Honestly, I agree. The tour is just a short tour; not necessarily promoting anything besides Chester's name. Maybe releasing the EP and promoting it could have done something more.
I'm having an issue getting the tickets. I am a new LPU member, and I don't have any kind of "LPU exclusive password" to get the tickets with. How do you get your code?
