New racing-game inspired film Need For Speed premiered today and surprised Linkin Park fans by including LIVING THINGS track "Roads Untraveled" in the soundtrack and film. Featuring a large portion of the piano and guitar driven ballad, Need For Speed continues as another surprise featuring of Roads Untraveled since 2012s NBC promo of the show Revolutions.

Now that Need For Speed has premiered in the United States and worldwide, will you be watching the film and looking out for the song? Let us know in the LPA Forums!

I'd go for it lol the movie will be bad, but at least I'd have something to look for.

Haha, I work in a movie theater and was surprised to hear this playing during the aftermath of the "finale". The film itself doesn't look too terrible, should set up the franchise nicely. It does some cool things differently than the Fast and Furious series. Regardless, #1 movie in America right now because of LP in the soundtrack haha.

I watched this movie in the cinema today and I was really surprised to hear Roads Untraveled being played in such a prominent scene! I had no idea it was being featured in the movie and when I heard the intro for RU playing, I was just like, WTF?!

It sounded great and fit the scene well, I think.

I saw it today and I have to say it surprisingly wasn't that terrible. I was looking out for the song the entire time and I agree with Ree that it fit the scene it was featured in. Over all I'd give the movie a 3/5 or so, wasn't bad but nothing extraordinary. Glad it gave me something to do tonight.

I saw it today too and it fit very well indeed. The movie was pretty OK, not the best out there, but I must say that I actually enjoyed it.

I love racing movies so I enjoyed NFS for what it was. RU fit the scene it was in very well, and I like how it was used.
