Variety reports that Linkin Park band members Mike Shinoda and Chester Bennington recently attended an event held by UCLA's Institute of the Environment and Sustainability called "An Evening Of Environmental Excellence". The band were honoured with the UCLA Environmental Excellence Award for their environmental efforts through Music For Relief. The article also tells us that Shinoda and Bennington also performed acoustic renditions of Linkin Park songs "Shadow Of The Day" and "What I've Done" as part of the event.
