I hope War is a short Punk Rock song like Inside Of Me.

I guess it's safe to assume "The Summoning" is an interlude? Also, looks like we're going to have an epic six-minute finale! I love that sort of stuff!

I also think that The Summoning is an intro for War. Well you know, an intro to summon a hard and heavy song.

I guess we can make a pretty good guess at which one is the instrumental. Either that or The Summoning is Victimized Pt. 2.

Musically, every Linkin Park album thus far ends on a positive or uplifting note. I'm actually hoping this will be a departure from the norm; I'd like ALITS to be one hell of a big, bad track.

As for War, I fear my prediction of the chorus being a chant of the word itself may yet come to pass :sweating:

The fact that it's over 40 minutes makes me happy. Now the only thing I need is an album where the tracks logically follow eachother up, with some "bleeding" into one-another. But knowing what was included in the iTunes version of UIG, I'm cautiously optimistic about that.

Who would think "The Summoning" could be better if that served as the Album opener for "The Hunting Party" just like "The Requiem" on "A Thousand Suns"?

Something like this would be awesome for an opener!

Why should I not count the interludes, that is some awesome stuff we got there. Should I exclude GATS too if I am not that impressed with the song ;-)

Perhaps A line in the sand is an instrumental, would most certainly be a huge meltdown in the community ^^

I really enjoy the pre-album cycles... News everyday! :D

I think I'm the only one wanting ALITS to be an instrumental? That could be a legendary outro for each show... Legendary like The Ecstasy Of Gold intro at the Metallica shows.

I really hope this next month flys by. I'm sure by this exact time next month, it very well may be all over the internet since it's out the 13th in (Africa, I think?). I cannot avoid the leak, unfortunately. The length of the album has me psyched. UIG is also probably my favorite LP track in recent memory (instrumentally). If we just got another Breaking the Habit type track, and more trippy rock/rap stuff I'll die a happy man.
