Mike sings lead parts on The Requiem, BITS, Blackout, Fallout, Journada Del Muerto, and The Catalyst on ATS - 6 songs Mike sings lead parts on COG, RU, STB, and Victimized on LT. - 4 Songs Mike sings lead parts on KTTK, Rebellion, ALITS on THP - 3 Songs He's been singing less each album since ATS There's a 320kps version out now.
I obviously still haven't quite processed the album, but I wouldn't say you're wrong. His rapping is top notch this album (and there's quite a bit of it), and his presence on ALITS is a pretty huge moment, I'd say.
True, I was thinking there would be more in the way of Mike singing. He definitely has plenty to offer in the way of rapping, at least.
God damn, I never thought I'd hear an album from LP that sounds like that (and I mean that in a good way). I can see this being just as polarising as ATS though, despite the return of guitars. It's definitely not about the catchy pop hooks in the same way HT and Meteora were - and that's no bad thing at all. A proper, 'mature', heavy record, if you will.
For those who can't find the 320KBPS version, there's a certain social network you can search to find the links...
What is LITS? And whats MTG? Now, I dont think I like these songs.... they're - i dont know - strange?
Yeah same, whether those guys are kidding Mike's all over this. Rebellion, A Line in the Sand, Mark the Graves. He owns most of the verses here.
Come on half of those songs are interludes. He sings on the long songs on here for the majority of the songs.
I'm not listening. I've waited all this time for & I certainly can wait 8 days until it's officially released.
