Tried my best to transcribe the lyrics.

    Mall Opening Credits

I've been thinking it all this time
You left my trust on the firing line
As the promises break you've known the mistakes
    of giving what was mine
    The words are clear
    Everything is gone
There's no right or left to be drawn
    Could you tell me again
    That I should give in?
I can only take it so long (long, long, long, long)

    What? You're terrified.
You're going to throw it all away.
    You're terrified.
You're going to throw it all away.

    Fear dancing inside your arms
    Exposing secrets that you disguise
And I'm biting my tongue as you become
    victim of a compromise
Cause I know who you really are
And your disguise when you pretend you're scared.
And it's time that you see the truth without me.
I can only get you so far (far far far far far)

    --------------
    Trailer Music Feature song
    -----------

    Ohhh
Well, my sun. It won't shine
It won't light up the back of my mind.
And these fires, they won't burn
Except to blacken the memories I've earned
And these walls are so thin
But they keep on holding me in
Cause I've pushed and I know
That there's nowhere left to go
    Cause it goes through

    Through. Ooooh
    Cause it goes through.
    Ohhhh.
    Ohhhh.

    ------------
    Third Act Song
    --------------
    Landing in the Devil's drop
I walked out in the snow
And climbed into the mountain top
    Then pushed from depth below
    Brother fell protecting us
    Somewhere far from home
Lying down to rest with us
Like fields of earth and coal
    Oh.
    Woah.

    Sailing out away from this
    To ports of foreign shores
Let us not forget to miss
The ones we can not hold.

    Oh.
    Woah.
    ----------
    End Credits
    ----------
Why does it feel like fear?
As if its the last light?
The last line is slowly closing in

    (ohhh ooohhhh)

This is the last line here.
This is the last I've got.
    (ohhh ooohhhh)
    I am the last line.
A flat line'll oppose you at the end.

    .

Third Act song has genius lyrics!

I'm willing to bet that the credits list the songs in order of appearance in the film. So it would be:

Opening Credits Song - White Noise
    Trailer Feature - Warm Spell
    Third Act - Luna
    Closing Credits - Ammosick

I really want to commit to the titles for the videos but I don't want to label them wrong just in case.

It would be awesome if the band had cameos in the film.

Is Mike singing the Third Act Song? The lyrics are great... why the fuck couldn't we have lyrics like that in THP!?!

These could quite possibly be the some of the best if not THE best lyrics the band has ever written. I wish the band would write like that more often. The difference in lyrical quality between that song and the others is significant.

Ah, I want a whole album of songs that are this interesting lyrically. I can't tell who's singing a lot of the time. Some of them sound like Shinoda's voice pitched up

Worth noting that portions of the movie do feature instrumental interludes from the opening song credits, parts of which aren't included in the opening. So that's not the full song and it will be longer, I'm sure.

I listened to the opening credits thing and this is what I've got, with some blanks that I couldn't really make out

We got a glimpse of the lyrics sheet once, didn't we? Can somebody find that screenshot from that video? Maybe that'll help

I really don't get this. The vocals do not sound pitched up at all to me. It's very discernible that it is definitely Mike singing.

It seems that all the songs that have Mike featured on singing vocals have the better lyrics.
Compare the 3 tracks that Mike sings to the one that Chester sings and the difference in lyric greatness is light and day.

Does Mike intentionally write bad lyrics for Chester to sing? What? Conspiracy!

Also I have a feeling the third act song is what the band were talking about when they said they were making a more folksy album with Living Things at first. They should have kept going in that direction!

With maybe one exception, isn't this the exact kind of soft "pussy" shit that you claim to intensely dislike?

They all sound very good, different from THP and that's a good thing.
