First I didn't know what to think about the song and it was one of those songs that didn't got stuck in my head at the first listenings I really like the song but it's not the best song on the album and not the worst
Mark the Graves was something that I wanted to hear the band do for a while. It's nice and heavy with a more melodic approach to the vocals and it turned out beautifully.
Gorgeous and wild at the same time. I really love alternative estrutures, the first verse have an amazing atmospherical vibe, Chester rapes the chorus. Amazing song!
There's MTG hate? I haven't seen anything but praise for it. It's not my favorite song, sort of just drags on. It seems like an older ATS idea they re-used and didn't really add much too other than some heavy guitars.
Awesome song, heavy and soft guitars are amazing and Chester's vocals and lyrics are one of the best on the album. For sure in my top 3 of the album.
I love Mark The Graves, it's just so different it stands out to me, I also love that bass, and of course the drums. At first glance as you go along with it you react like "what's going on?" but once you listen more to it you get used to its 'weirdness', it's just so cool.
I think this time I will be on the negative side of a generally liked song. The song lacks cohesion for me. Its a great song instrumentally and vocally and the lyrics are really something spectacular here but despite all of this, the song just does not flow well to my ears. Understand, I still like the song. I enjoy it when it comes on but the song just does not stand out enough for me to really get behind it.
I didn't like it that much at the first listen, I found it a bit weird, but it really grew on me after a few more listens. I think it was a good call to make something different from the usual. Hopefully we will get more stuff like that in the future. The structure of it either makes some people to love it and others to hate it. I can't see another reason why people wouldn't like it other than it's structure and the lack of a chorus. But I really like it now. It's not my favorite on the album, but still a great song. Great instrumental with some really good lyrics and that intro is one of their best in my opinion. I love it!
the song is phenomenal. it doesn't adopt the usual structure of a generic linkin park song and it's hauntingly beautiful. the final breakdown at the end of the song interspersed with chester's jarring screams gives me the ultimate chills. best song on the album
Its my favourite song on the album. I love the chorus. I will admit the verses are a bit emo but i still love the track. Keys to the kingdom and War i fucking hate so much. I have a Hunting Party playlist that goes 1. The Summoning 2. Guilty All The Same 3. Wastelands 4. Rebellion 5. Until Its Gone 6. Final Masquerade 7. Drawbar 8. Mark The Graves Thinking of making a 20 track playlist to make the songs flow better i.e. Empty Spaces before Wastelands. Wisdom justice and Love before Rebellion. Qwerty before GATS. The hunting part sounds better when you re-arrange the tracks and structure it like A Thousand Suns.
