Which is your favorite guitar solo in a Linkin Park song? It can be either live or studio version. Extended Outros/Intros/Bridges etc.

My personal favorite is during The Little Things Give You Away. So many chills.

The guitar in LPs discography is not the strongest part of the music to be honest (but Brad :worship: ).

But i really enjoy the things he did on THP, especially GATS, AFN and ALITS. Other records, SOTD, No More Sorrow live intro :worship:

I'll give it to TLGYA. For as simple as it is, it's SO emotionally effective and fits perfectly with the song.

I think I'd pick the outro in "Keys", if that counts. One of my favourite gtr riffs in an LP song, at least, if it doesn't count as a solo

TLTGYA. Some other favorites are In Pieces, ALITS, Final Masquerade and the live intro for No More Sorrow.

The only "solo" that really comes to mind is the one in The Little Things Give You Away, if it can be called that. The simplicity of it adds so damn much to the song. Other than that, the In Pieces solo is pretty forgettable, and Brad's solos on Guilty All the Same and War are pretty laughable. If there are any others I'm forgetting, it's probably for the reasons why the 3 solos listed in the line above don't work.

The Little Things Give You Away. The build up to it also makes the solo even better than what it is.

I also really like the one on WFTE, the song starts out moody and depressing and goes in a different direction with the rap verse and the solo. It's pretty nice to listen to.

On THP, my favourite is the one on KTTK, it makes me energetic.

Live, any of the WID solos he does. I also really liked the alternate BIO riff Brad did on the last UK show in 2014. That was surprising and interesting. Hope they have more surprises this year, the FM acoustic was pretty neat.

Pick just one classic Shred Delson moment?!

I guess it's between War and All for Nothing.

TLTGYA, What I've Done, Shadow of the Day, and KTTK are all great to me. GATS is probably my favorite song off THP and the solo fits, even if it's not super complex. I can't imagine it being any other way.

The War solo is just ridiculous.
I mean, I have no idea how Brad made that solo - This is probably the closest recreation I've heard: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yag7nhGxxSA&t=1m23s
