Plaster

I downloaded Plaster (One Step Closer demo) off of a Linkin Park fan site yesterday and it sounded like somebody just tweaked it with lower guitars and lower vocals

 

Someone messed around with the pitch of the vocals and then recorded it through their microphone to make it sound like a demo.

If you listen closely, at the beginning, you can hear the end of "Papercut," where it transfers into "One Step Closer."

 

I don't know if I can ask this but, where was the site?
If I'm breaking the rules, sorry.

 

Yep, I had this false one too . I'm sure someone out there actually has it.

And, someone on this boards HAD it but deleted it . Luckily for this person, I don't remember who it was .

I may or may not have it...I at least am POSITIVE it is not the mic version. It sounds almost identical to the final OSC...which most people state...but don't ask me for it...I do not feel like making a download. But I wish an admin or someone could confirm it for me...oh well.

Ok, so everyone had a conversation about that version of the demo being fake, and it is up in the air that there really is a demo, and you say you have it? Or has it been decided that the demo truly exists? I'm still not sure. If you do have it, I'm jealous... where can I find it?

 

i found it while searching on win mx. i looked at this persons profile and he/she looked as though they like LP a lot because they had a hell of a lot of LP stuff like mpegs and mp3... they had a large collection of rare tracks so i thought i must be the real one :wth:
