Who have you seen live this year? What did you think?
Who are you seeing live later this year? Excited?
    Music festivals?

I dunno I just thought we should have a thread to discuss these things.

    Been to:
April 6th- Ariana Grande and Rixton (US Airways Center, Phoenix, AZ)
May 22nd- Lana Del Rey and Courtney Love (Ampitheater Northwest, Ridgefield, WA)

    Going to:
June 27th- Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Cole Swindell, Brantley Gilbert, and Old Dominion (Century Link Field, Seattle, WA)
July 25th- Train, The Fray, and Matt Nathanson (The Gorge Amphitheatre, Quincy, WA)
August 8th- Taylor Swift and Vance Joy (Century Link Field, Seattle, WA)

    Possibly Going To:
August 16th- Dierks Bentley, Kip Moore, Maddie & Tae, and Canaan Smith (Sleep Train Amphitheater, Chulu Vista, CA) or
August 20th- Dierks Bentley, Kip Moore, Maddie & Tae, and Canaan Smith (Save Mart Center, Fresno, CA)

    Thoughts:
Ariana Grande- sounded perfect the entire night except like one note. Played a great set and had fantastic setup. One of the best live performances I have seen. Sat next to two hot 23 year olds as well.

Lana Del Ray- Positives: Overall pretty good set, she was singing very well. Glad I went. Negatives: Courtney Love opening for her. I didn't think it would be bad but she was just yelling random things at us half the time. I usually stand up even for openers because I mean, come on, your at a fricken concert, but I sat down halfway through her set. Didn't play two of my favorite songs by her (National Anthem and Young and Beautiful) which also happen to be two of her most famous songs. She also had no Encore and that was the first time I've witnessed an artist as big as her have no encore. She had no stage presence as she essentially stood in the same place almost the entire show. Lastly, which was just bad luck, it was freezing cold that night.

    Who I've Seen This Year
OK Go and Kitten at the Brooklyn Bowl (possibly the best concert I've ever been to, one of the best nights ever)
Linkin Park and a bit of Metallica at Rock in Rio (LP was fantastic as always, Metallica was solid but I barely knew the songs and I wanted to beat traffic lol)

Who I Want To See This Year
Lupe Fiasco (June 12th at House of Blues)
Theory of a Deadman (July 18th at Fremont Street)
    Lights (August 18th at Vinyl)
Incubus (September 6th at The Joint)

    So far:
    AC/DC (Olympiastadion Munich)
Holy crap! What a show! Finally managed to see those rock legends live and it was way worth the money!
The set-list was pretty cool as well, a great mix spanning their entire discography (minus less popular albums such as 'Fly on The Wall', 'Blow Up Your Video' or 'Flick Of The Switch')
The crowd was ok, though I thought at times they seemed a little reserved and less enthusiastic.
However when hits such as 'You Shook Me All Night Long' or 'Highway to Hell' came up the stadium nearly exploded!
Seeing them live was definitely one of those things to do before i die!

    Next show:
    Terror/Expire (Hardcore)
I've already seen Expire last year supporting August Burns Red and it was one heck of a show! I didn't really listen to them before but since then they won me over and are now one of my fave hardcore bands! Terror is a hardcore institution and thus doesn't need any explanation. (just youtube them and you'll see how rowdy their shows can get) I'm really stoked on seeing them for the first time.
Me and my friends already wanted to see them a few months ago, but in the end couldn't go because of an important birthday party. So now we're gonna make up for that :)

Dicht & Ergreifend (Bavarian Hip Hop)
They play in a club 15 Minutes away from me, so this is a must go!

Maybe/Not sure: Marsimoto (in Munich), Anti-Flag (in Munich)
