Just in case this thread loses its meaning, a song that touches you personally has to be a song that you can personally identify with. It's usually a song that fits very well with your life or one that describes a scenario similar to one in your life. I mean, there are endless songs I can relate to but only about 4 or 5 made it onto my list because they hit very close to home. For that matter, I'm going to add: Simple Plan - I'm Just A Kid The bit about having friends and not hearing from them is so true for me.
