You heard here first people: 14 songs The vocal deliveries are going to surprise us on most songs if not all. There's going to be 6 songs with rap. Album drops in early April (maybe even April 1st to really get the fans thinking) Album is going to just about an hour in length. Album is not going to be self-tilted. Its going to be Hours to Noon. 4 features.
They are a lot of artist out there that continues making music after years, with 50 or inclusive 60, either if it's rock, metal or pop. Why Linkin Park would be an exception? I wish this band became an important rock band of 21 century with a consistent discography. Sorry for my english, i'm writting from my phone and i don't have the translator/corrector.
Oh for god's sake. This right here is why I barely go out of my way to dispel rumors or clarify things for people anymore, because people like to go and twist my words to imply that I am bragging about knowing something other's don't. People can't be just grateful that I'm trying to quash silly rumors, they have to make posts like the one I've just quoted and imply context that isn't there. Yes I have sources. Yes I know 'one more' does not mean 'one more album', and no I wasn't bragging. I was trying to do what this dude said right here: Which I thank him for saying by the way, because he gets it. No bragging or boasting was being done. At all.
That post wasn't really meant to be quoted and answered It was more rhetorical Just more as keep dicussions relevant to the album But I do believe we can expect a 12 song album again. Although with everything being different this time around I wouldn't be surprised if we get a shorter amount of songs but the songs end up longer in length than normal Linkin Park songs Like ATS but without interludes.
Depends on your definition of long. An album can be 8 songs and 60 minutes if it wants too Or it can be 15 songs and 40 minutes just as easily
It's unfortunate. It really is, and sometimes it's tough not to get a little irritated by it. At times it feels like no matter what I try to do for LPA to help get fans concrete info, there's always a detractor out there who has to question my intentions or character or say something nasty about it. Everything I do on here, and have ever done for that matter is to be a service to the fans. It's not to make me look good, or boast or heighten my 'status'. It's to assist the people who trust this website to be up to date, in getting the most accurate and current information possible. I could care less if my name is known. I don't run LPA for 'fame'.
....Why you BRAGGIN', tho?! Just kidding =p let's all be happy, we are getting new LP music very soon (even though said new music is highly suspect for me at the moment).
It's either one more puzzle or one more song being released. I lean puzzle because releasing 2 songs at once would be too crazy to actually happen.
A few things: I am incredibly excited to hear what LP has come up with for LP7. Will it be good and will it last? That much remains to be seen, but there is no denying that they have changed up the formula for the album, and that is all I could ask for. Hopefully it allows them to grow as musicians and has a positive impact on their future records. I'm hoping the album reaches the mid-upper teens in track number without interludes like 'Empty Spaces'. It'd be very refreshing to have a cohesive, substantial album from Linkin Park. I also don't want extremely formulaic songs. I hope that the songs on the new album transform over however long they may run. Think 'The Catalyst' or anything from Haken. Formulaic stuff gets boring, but songs with depth and genuine emotion can retain their impact for a long, long time. C'mon guys. Derek pretty much IS the LPA. Without him we wouldn't be where we are today. Thanks for all you do, man. Please no screaming. Here's to a fun album cycle
It is intriguing that there are 9 songs on the board. It will become weird to be showcasting lyrics and in the end to have a lot of instrumentals (3)??? So my answer is 10 songs. Progressive Pop/rock Times change, if they expect heavy to become sucessfull then March 3 If they go the THP route and release another single in this month then march 31 Linkin Park From the Inside 52:26 The full experience 52;56 Just another one with EMINEM Only the singles (4 maybe)
