Watch Chester Bennington as he loses a bathroom fight to his Evil, Pop loving, coffee addicted clone I laughed so hard at that youtube comment. Amusing
Its just annoying, tbh. And when you find things annoying, of course they become a big deal to you. Everyone experiences that.
A REAL STORY WITH DEEP MEANING IN A LINKIN PARK VIDEO? #BringBackOldLP #LinkinMercedes #WeWantTheFlyingWhaleAgain
I agree that showing the character being wealthy enough to drive around in a fancy Mercedes instantly made him unrelateable. Like get out of here with all your money.
Exactly the point they're trying to make. Your opinion, I know, but not everyone who's wealthy is truly happy.
The Mercedes bit could be argued that, in the context of the video, someone who seems to have it all and can afford something as such can still have a lot of problems like everyone else in the world. Like, you know, the band. They're rich as fuck, but they still have problems like we do.
Funny. Looks nothing like them at all picture wise, but looks close as hell in the video. Power of good cinematography .
Of course, all the shots we see of them in the video are of the backs of their heads. At which point they look just like Chester and Kiiara.
Could've sworn at one point it showed the body double being thrown around, although with a slightly out of focus face. Or was that Chester all those times? I can't tell. It goes quickly.
Pretty much this. And to all of you who said "Ahh I don't care about that blatantly product placement! Or it didn't hurt the video!" You guys are the problem. You simple accept and excuse everything the band does. All in all video was eh ok, make the video a bit longer, replace the blatantly product placement and that would be better. Even as one said a drone shot from above would do it but not this car commercial angle. What could also worked, is that the rest of the band make a subtle cameo in the chair circle. But hey Chester is the face and everybody like shadow of the day so let's repeat it again!
As much as you don't like it, I believe it is your choice of words that paints a negative, non-empathetic picture around those who found value in it. Just because someone liked it or found value in it, doesn't mean they are trying to get you to like it. What they are pointing out by calling you out is your vicious choice of words and how condescending and dismissive you sound.
Hyperbole much ? Honestly do you think your constant complaining and whining will make the band change their mind about something ? Get over it , we are not the fucking problem and we are not doing it to kiss the band's ass because they probably wouldn't care either way . Seriously calling someone a "problem" because he doesn't share your opinion is pathetic and it amazes me how subjective topics can bring the worst out of people .
