It's not out of this world that the person working on the video likes to troll, but I get your point and I do believe the evidence so far points to it being real. Despite evidence, I remain skeptical cause that is just my silly nature. However if that is Mike that's the most different I've ever heard him sing. As for the song itself, I don't hate it. It has me more excited than I initially was, in fact. I'm down for some sarcastic hiphop, rather than the standard run of the mill Shinoda rapping.
He could play the same song separately, for the video background... but if I was doing the lyric video with the sound, by the time it's rendering, I would be really tired of it. If you had asked me how I hoped this song would sound like - this would be the complete opposite. This album is really shaping up to be... uhm something.

There are a lot of things pointing it's really Good Goodbye, but also there're a lot of things pointing that it's not: - the song was mentioned as the one having 'heavy rapping' (by Chester). This beat is nothing like something you can rap heavily - this clip features Mike's lead singing. All that we know is that Mike's singing lead vox in Invisible and Sorry for Now only, doing harmonies on the other tracks - there's really no space for Pusha T and Stormzy in this type of track. I'm not 100% confident, it really can turn out to be Good Goodbye in the end, but I feel like it's not the song we're going to get.
Now that's what I call a change of pace! I liked Heavy and BS, but to me they didn't seem like anything new for the band aside from the modern production. This sounds fresh as fuck.
Wow, this sounds like nothing I expected, however there are a couple things to note: Whenever you're rendering out of After Effects or Premier Pro, it will never play the audio from the video file. It's far to resource intensive to do, so that's playing separately for sure. That does sound like Mike, but I can't imagine Pusha or Stormzy on that type of beat, I mean it could entirely be possible that the beat changes pace after the chorus (or even more unlikely, that this is a remix of the track), we'll just have to wait and see. The LP fanbase on Facebook and YouTube are gonna freak the fuck out again though.
