Well everyone else is doing it, might as well give it a go then. Omitting soundtracks or this list would get really messy.

    3. A Thousand Suns, Linkin Park
    4. A Flash Flood of Colour, Enter Shikari

    7. Ghost Stories, Coldplay

    10. Common Dreads, Enter Shikari

    Sonic Youth - Daydream Nation

    Joy Division - Closer
    Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures
    Smiths - Queen Is Dead
    The Stones Roses - debut

Anything by The Beatles and The Doors

30-40 min albums are great. I also love progressive rock, but I rarely finish an album in one go.

I'll try to name some people probably don't know/haven't heard of:

The Naked and Famous - In Rolling Waves - It's such an atmospheric awesome experience. Totally different feel from their other two albums imo. Tracks don't directly flow into each other like ATS, but there's clearly thought about the ordering of the album and it's awesome. Recurring lyrics make it more fun.

Young The Giant - Mind Over Matter - One of my fav bands/albums of all time. They will never get enough credit for this in my eyes. The album has a really consistent sound/texture while still being a collection of songs that are very unique from one another. There are some moments that I think LP fans will naturally love too.

    Others you probably know:

Coldplay - Ghost Stories - Actually only care for it up until ASFOS, but damn it's an awesome collection of feels.
Muse - Resistance - This isn't necessarily my favorite Muse album, but it's the one that makes them so special. There are some tracks most bands couldn't dream of pulling off, and the 12 minute ending is phenomenal.

One that I don't think many will really know of is the self titled album by a band called My Darkest Days, I love that album, not a bad song on it IMO

I feel Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge by My Chemical Romance is also a very underrated album

Also, of course A Thousand Suns
