Post Traumatic is now out in the wild before the official release tonight. Please use this thread for discussion if you've chosen to listen to the album.

DO NOT POST LINKS /// DO NOT ASK FOR LINKS

This thread is purely for discussion of Post Traumatic before it releases tonight and not for sharing the album. Thank you.

The only thing I recommend if people listen to it early, is not to skip the songs that have already been heard, and to listen to the whole thing more than once. Some of the tracks are pretty different from FM/LP so it may be jarring at first for some people possibly expecting another The Rising Tied. It sounds nothing like that.

The vibe on Lift Off is so good. Chino kills it on that track.

Ever since I heard the soundtracks for The Mall, Brooding is what I've wanted – A concept album in this style truly is my wet dream. All in all this album is very enjoyable.

Some songs are kind of forgettable (Hold it Together, Crossing a line, Make it Up as I Go, World's on Fire).

And some songs will be played a lot (Brooding, About You, Over Again, Ghosts, Lift Off, I Can't Hear You Now).

Way above expectations. Mike is such an inspiration.

Every track is unique and amazing
But Worlds on fire , blew me away.

That melody in the verse,s Then the emotional chorus .The production. Mike, thank you so much for this.

For the me, this track competes with some in OML and what's more amazing is that it was written during the Oml creating process!!

"I'm just trying to hold my shit together."

Amen, Mike. Many of us who were affected by the Santa Fe tragedy feel you on that one.**

** I teach at the high school and was there when it happened
