Did anyone have a pre sale code? I've never seen them and it's a dream of mine. Looking for Denver.

You can join the LPU and get a pre sale code.

It's a club, all general admission standing with a bar to the side. It's like a slightly wider 9:30 Club if you've ever been there. But the location is better than 930 because the surrounding area isn't as busy/crowded as DC. Parking is wayyy easier, there are plenty of garages within walking distance.

Definitely not the venue I ever thought I'd be seeing Mike perform at. Really excited for it.

Please do not ask for LPU presale codes if you're not a LPU member.

Ah sweet, I went to the 9:30 club this past spring for EDEN, wasn't a bad venue at all, so it's good to hear that parking and travel will be easier.

Anyone else find it strange that Mike is taking money for meet and greets plus photograph? Thought this was LPU exclusive..

It’s odd, but maybe because it’s his solo work he wanted to do things differently. It’ll be weird if there is no lpu meet & greet though.

There have been premium ticket packages that included meet and greets for non-LPU members at numerous past Linkin Park tours.

I did not know that and it doesn't make it better. I remember the band saying that they would not do something like that.. but I cant remember when. Anyways, I have signed in for the M&G in Cologne and hope I can make it.

The LPU is a lot less popular than what it used to be, so they need to make up the money somehow.

    I'd
It's not just that. Without Linkin Park, there's no need for a yearly LPU membership. I just paid $10 for a fan club that honors a band that isn't together, currently. So one of the perks of my $10 was getting pre-sale access to Mike's shows. I'll pay that. The fan club is in flux right now and all those previous rules are out the window for the time being.

I figure you just mean in terms of overall attendance, right? Wasn't aware Shinoda was having trouble selling tickets, but, then, full-scale headline dates in the U.S. isn't something he's done yet during this cycle

    +1

This practice has been in place for a WHILE. Heck, at the M&G at Camden in 2014 there were three groups meeting the band. LPU, VIP/Radio Winners and Military Vets. It was chaotic. As Astat said, it's nothing new.

I remember after LPU X was announced there were a lot of members who weren't willing to renew because they didn't see the benefit of renewing their membership. I'm sure their ticket sales have been fine, considering the size of the overall fanbase.

Linkin Park’s ticket sales were getting better actually, The Carnivores Tour was one of the most profitable they ever did but yeah people stopped renewing after LPU X because membership was getting pricey and it seemed like it wasn’t worth it which led to the digital only membership. I’ve always found it to be worth it because I live in LA, I’ve had membership since 3, I renewed instantly when 17 was announced just to support the band and it came in clutch because I won m&g and a ticket to the Amoeba show.

Bought two tickets to the Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg, PA on October 15th. Had the option the go to The Fillmore in Philly the night before (I'm literally right in the middle of both venues), but I've been there before and didn't wanna have to deal with South Philly at all.
