no ..my friend tried to make me listen to them and i didnt pay no attention(sp) to it ..till my brother bought me hybrid theory for christmas..without me asking him too
when they first came around they were just there, like they were a band that everyone knew about but not everyone was really really into them. now when i look at some of my linkin park stuff i think to myself how did i become to get so devoted to linkin park they were just that band.
I didn´t liked OSC in the first time and I didn´t even listen to rock music. But Crawling was phenomenon...and the girl in the vid. :whistle:

i heard in the end on my radio....didnt like it too much back then, i had bad taste in music back then...then a little later i heard crawling and i loved them.
OSC hooked me. i saw the filmclip and was mesmerised. I then went through the turmoil of trying to find out who the heck LP were? thankfully a couple days later i found out from a friend, bought the HT album, and it has hardly been out of my sound system since.
The first song i heard was "In the end" I liked that song but didn't really pay attention to others, it's actually thanks to my brother that i am now freakishly obsessed with them because he kept downloading songs and soon I'm thinking "HOLY **** I LOVE THIS BAND!!!!

I heard IN THE END first, and I thought it was Justin [Timberlake] when i heard CHester like singing, then i just loved the song CRAWLING and I almost screamed my head of(of excitement) when LP won a grammy on CRAWLING. (i prayed the other day) you shouldve seen my lilttle sis, she was like dancing everywhere. THats what i call hyper/mad child...

When I first saw LP's OSC.. I thought it was hilarious.. well, I just found it funny how Chaz was hanging upside down screaming SHUT UP.. and so I didn't really get into them or the music, however my younger brother did and he was five at the time.. hahah.. but I think I officially liked them during the 'In The End' and late Reanimation days.. .. LP are grand..
