Second Stage Confirmed

In a recent post in his Linkin Park Community Numb Journal, Linkin Park vocalist Mike Shinoda confirmed the fact that this year's Projekt Revolution will indeed have a second stage. Shinoda also mentioned something about a batting cage; so, in between sets, everyone is going to have something to do. "We just want it to be a huge party, so you all have a really great time," Shinoda said.

I dont think there are seats. All I remember was "lawn" stuff like Ozzfest.

 

I'm anxious to find out who the bands will be for the second stage. I am contemplating buying tickets.

The second stage is basically so more bands can play on the tour. While one band plays on one stage the other sets up at the other so basically you will always have something to listen to.

cool news for people going to the shows! i really want to go but i live in the uk :wth: nevermind!
i think the second stage will be full of small bands that are still kinda underground, that get 'more famous' when touring with big bands like LP. it will rock for sure!

Can somebody explain to me what they mean by second stage? You mean they will have two stages where ever there performing? and to who ever has the RvB sig I have the DVD of the first season and its the funnest thing to hit the internet in along time

A batting cage is an enclosed cage where balls will be thrown at you from a machine, so you can practice hitting them with a bat (supposed to be like baseball). It's pretty fun.
