I didn't know whether to put this in this forum, or Random Chat. Sry if it gets closed!

I got a Best Buy card and want to buy a CD but I don't know what to buy. I like LP (Obviously), Evanescence, Smile Empty Soul, Story Of The Year, and stuff like that. Can I have some recommendations of similar stuff?

If you don't have it yet, try Lostprophets' new album "Start Something". It's a great album, one of my current favorites.

Finch, What It Is To Burn is great. While we're on the subject of screamo, The Used's self titledwas great. That's been out ages though, so I'm sure you've allready heard the singles and formed your opinion on them. Refused are a killer hardcore/punk band, if you're into that (check out The Shape of Punk To Come).

I listened to some of the songs on The Used CD and some of them were good, but others weren't that good so I'm not gonna buy that album. I think I'll get Lost Prophets cause I seem to enjoy the songs and someone told me that the CD is great, and so do all of you. Thanks. :p

    Hrm. Out now?
    1) I guess I could recommend Rage Against the Machine, even though they're a few years behind, still a great band.
    2) Adema is really cool, they kind of vary with Linkin Park.
    3) I'll say Guano Apes, even though you might not be able to find them in stores, you'll have to order the album online.
    4) Lacuna Coil is a really really good band if you don't mind female singers.
    5) A Perfect Circle is another kickass band.

Those are my 5 to recommend, I could go on but I won't. :p
