mine is so old and cheap and crappy and broken! i need a new one... but here it is! when it's closed when it's open (yeah it needs a rubber band to stay closed)
2 weeks after I got mine, it went for a little ride...which happened to be "being stuck inside my pocket when I tripped and fell". D'OH!, now it's taped closed...the spring on the Open button fell off...hahaha
my friend has no stereo but has mini speakers she can plug into her walkman. I think it's a really good idea.
Same here. For a while I had an old Panasonic, but then I got a new RCA mp3/WMA/CD-R/RW player for Christmas and gave the old one to my sister. A year later the RCA broke, the Panasonic now six years old and still functioning perfectly, so I just bought the Sony Atrac-thing. I like it. I also got a new pair of headphones, they're Aiwa stereo phones that block out other sounds, really nice. All of them are the walkman things, I just have a set of speakers in my room that I hook up whenever I don't feel like using my headphones. I have to invest in a small but decent shelf system before I go to college next fall. Any suggestions?
Good job Katie, someone else uses my oh-so-sophisticated technologically-advanced method of holding the thing shut
Here's mine: It's awesome; MP3/CD combo with 120-second skip protection. Great little player for only $30.
